*Tsukasa brings up a blade, blocking the chop*

"Nice try!"

*He slashes his other blade across Amikia's stomach*

*Amikia takes the hit and recoils back, clutching her wound. Black blood leaks from the cut, but it seems to slowly heal right before Tsukasa's eyes*

"A Crystal-type user, eh? Looks like I won't be able to crush your Innocence unless I kill you first."

*Her cut heals completely. She holds her arms out to her sides, and countless black butterflies fly out from behind her*

"Teez! Drain his life energy!"

"Not a chance!"

*Tsukasa detaches the blades from his arms and throws them. They fly through the air like boomerangs, slicing through the Teez and returning to Tsukasa, who reattaches them to his arms*

~She's got regenerative abilities... I'm gonna need to really slice her up!~

*More blood flows from the scars on his arms, forming several more blades that project from Tsukasa's arms at angles. The blades take on a serrated edge*

"Saw Tempest!"

*He runs toward Amikia and spins, slicing her with the serrated blades*

*Amikia leaps over Tsukasa's attack, backflips, then seemingly lands on thin air*

"I'm through playing games. Time to finish you!"

*She creates two large Teez on her palms. She prepares to leap, when a parasol topped with a jack-o-lantern appears out of nowhere. It floats over to Amikia, and the jack-o-lantern speaks*

"Joido! What are you doing lero!? The Earl has instructed you to stay at the Ark lero!"

"Move, pumpkin head. I'm busy."

"Do you know what the Earl would do if he found out you left lero?! You're lucky he hasn't found out already lero!"

*Amikia sighs*

"You're such a bore, Lero. But you're right. I'd better get back."

*The Teez on her hands disappear. She grabs the parasol's handle and begins to float away*

"You got lucky, Exorcist. Next time, you're dead."

*Amikia and the parasol disappear in a flash of light*

*Tsukasa's blood blades return to his body*

"Well, now we know what we're up against. I have a feeling that we'll be seeing her again."

*He turns his attention to Valerie. He checks her pulse and breathing*

"She'll be fine. She's just unconscious."

*He picks her up and carries her to the church, where the priest provides first-aid supplies*
