*goes and stands by Yona, putting his hand on her shoulder*
"come on. we have to go."

"Szayel..."

*Yona collapses, sobbing*

" ok, perhaps we should take a rest stop "

"That may be for the best. I have a feeling that we're really close to Aisen."

*Some time passes*

"Okay, we've wasted quite enough time. We need to get moving, now."

"i couldn't agree more"
*akumu walks up lokking older than before*
"i don't know about you guys but i've waited long enough"

" ya lets get moving"

*Takishi starts to walk forward into the room*

"wait a minute. we should do a head count. make sure we still have everyone."

~hmm thats odd Akumu seems really, different~

"There's no time. Aisen is in the next room. I can feel his spiritual pressure."

" ok then let's move out"

*everyone approaches the room where aizen is waiting*

"Alright Aizen, come on out! we know you're in here!"

*Aisen steps out of the shadows*

"I've been waiting for you, Soul Reapers."

"well then i guess we can skip the formalities and get right to it eh?"

"I suppose so."

*Aisen draws his sword*

"Shatter, Kyoka Suigetsu!"

*He points his sword at Takishi*

"Kanzen Saimin!"

*Everyone in the room takes on the form of Aisen. However, only Takishi can see this; it is an illusion directed at him alone. Aisen speaks directly into Takishi's mind*

"Let's play a little game, Takishi. Only one of us is the real Aisen. The rest are your allies. Try and figure out which is the real one, and strike him down."

*Takishi is spun around, disorienting him. As he spins, Aisen forces the group to spread out and hides among them*

"Remember, if you choose wrong, one of your friends dies. Good luck!"

*Takishi spins around in circles yelling*

"Damn it! why don't you stop being such a coward and show yourself!"

*Takishi begins to feel really dizzy and starts to slow down. He falls to the ground and slowly closes his eyes*

"ghu whats happening, I can't stay awake"

*Takishi passes out and begins to dream. He sees all of his friends being cut down before him by whom, himself. He wakes up and leaps into the air focusing on each Aisen...*

"I've found you Aisen! Tch"

*Takishi falls down thrusting his sword into the ground in front of Aisen. He pulls out his sword and takes a few steps back then puts the sword by his side*

"Your stupid mind games won't fool me! let's fight for real one on one. or if you think you're so strong then why don't you fight all of us head on!?"

"...Fine. I was going to give you a sporting chance, but since you asked for it..."

*Aisen dispels the illusion and casts his sword aside. He raises his hand*

"Seeping crest of turbidity. Arrogant vessel of lunacy! Boil forth and deny! Grow numb and flicker! Disrupt sleep! Crawling queen of iron! Eternally self-destructing doll of mud! Unite! Repulse! Fill with soil and know your own powerlessness!"

*Black lightning is emitted from his hand*

"Hado 90. Kurohitsugi. (Black Coffin)"

*The room darkens. A black box forms around Takishi, trapping him. Within the box, countless spears of darkness stab into Takishi. After a minute, the box fades, leaving Takishi severely wounded and near death.*

"Takishi! No!"

*Yona draws her sword*

"You won't get away with this, Aisen!"

*She grabs her sword with both hands and focuses*

"If I focus my Reiryoku enough, I can..."

*Her sword is covered with red energy*

"Bankai! Uirusu no Chi-Ekibyo!"

*Her sword becomes a blood-red rapier with a flower hilt*

"En garde!"

*She lunges at Aisen and stabs at him repeatedly*

"Bakudo 39. Enkosen. (Round Lock Fan)"

*Aisen generates a disc of golden energy. He uses this disc to deflect Yona's attacks*

"Hado 33. Sokatsui. (Pale Fire Crash)"

*Aisen shoots a blast of blue fire at Yona*

*a small black wall appears to block the attack*
"awaken Ankoku no shimai"
*akumu is now wearing a trench coat that also covers his mouth, a black fog comes out of his sleaves, he holds two double-bladed axes*

"You take over the fight, Akumu! I'm going to tend to Takishi!"

*Yona sheathes her sword and runs to Takishi. She begins to tend to his wounds*

"got it"
*akumu throws one of the axes at aizen revealing a long chain attached to it*

*Aisen uses Shunpo to dodge the axe. He holds his hands extended out to his sides, palms out*

"I know of your connections to Hollows, Akumu. You'll be perfect."

*He clasps his hands together into an intricate hand seal*

"Bakudo 99. Kin. (Seal)"

*Akumu's arms become bound to his back with iron shafts*

"Sorry, but I can't have you moving around during this."

*Aisen pulls out a small blue orb*

"Do you recognize this, Akumu?"

*akumu braces for attack*
"the hogyoku"

"That's right. I've only been able to use the Hogyoku on Hollows until this point... I'm quite interested in seeing how it reacts to a Soul Reaper with deep connections to Hollows."

*Aisen approaches Akumu*

"Don't struggle, Akumu. It'll only make the process more painful."

*Aisen touches the Hogyoku to Akumu's chest. Spiritual energy is swapped between Akumu and the Hogyoku*

"Soon, you will be under my control. And then..."

*The Hogyoku lets out a bright blue flash of light*

"What?!"

*Aisen is knocked back. The Hogyoku hovers in front of Akumu*

*akumu gets prepared for whatever might happen*
