Pokemon RP V2

I am bored, REALLY bored.

Now, let's have another Pokemon RP.

This one is a different take. This one focuses on the trainer aspect of pokemon, where you are a fresh new trainer, ready to climb up the ladder in order to become the league champion(s). One can be allies with another or totally sworn enemies or anti-heroes. One can also take part in evil organizations like Team Aqua/Magma, Team Rocket... etc.

This RP is all generation-inclusive. (i.e. from Gen I to Gen VI) However, if you wish to specify a generation to take part in, you can vote. Once voted, members HAVE TO FOLLOW that generation's style. If you wish to have an entirely made-up land, tell me.

So without further ado, provide a bio for your character.

Actually, before you make your team, we need to decide on a region and generation that goes along.

I think we should just go with Gen 6 and Kalos.

I agree with Doom and Ryder partially, but I think we should make our own region. Either that or we just modify Kalos/Hoenn and say it takes place in an alternate universe or something. Also we should keep the ORAS Mega Stones.

Gimmick: Polished Crystal Mirror Maze
Challengers must find their way through a fun-house styled maze to reach Yomani. There are several pitfall traps in the maze that drop challengers onto a slide that brings them underground, where they must battle their way back to the maze above. At the end, Yomani waits in a magical library room.

Gym: (Town Name) Gym
Gimmick: Giant instruments
Challengers walk along giant music instruments, such as trombones, violins, drums, and pianos. There are buttons scattered throughout the gym which trigger mechanisms (i.e. moving a violin's bow or a trombone's slide to make a new path). Donna waits at the far end of the Gym on a stage.

In case of needing a custom region, I have a rough draft done. Some places are unnamed, and there are more than 8 cities with gyms since I am still deciding on what to choose. So please bear with me with this mess.

Also, it needs a region name. I decided on a theme. It is about Past vs Present... myth vs reality... the supernatural vs the real truth... blah blah blah.

So the thing with Cities

Xanadu: Heavy dividing line with the past and present judging by its architecture.
Longmoor: Heavy technological advancement. No trace of the past. Futuristic infrastructure. Gym - Steel
Nautikos: Specializes in aeronautics. Conducts space missions and has the largest air hub, collider, and nuclear power plant. Gym - Flying
Chroma: A city that everyone loves to garden in due to its favourable weather patterns. Gym - Grass
El Capitan: Marine maritime city where everyone loves to sail and fish. Also has cheap goods. Gym - Water
Noctum: Small down shrouded in thick forest that makes it dark all day and all night, except on a full moon. Has a sense of insidiousness to some people. Gym - Dark
Helios: A combination of location and a strong sun makes this place a perfect beachgoing weather.
Saguaro: People think the devil runs this city. It is unbearably hot. People use the ground to cook their food instead of their stoves. Gym - Fire
Bayshore: Quaint, starting town. (if you'd like)
Miston : It is always shrouded in thick fog. If one sees hard enough, sometimes a city will appear in there. Gym - Fairy
Sedimentia : City secluded in the high mountain ranges. Only the fittest can survive the extreme altitude. Gym - Rock
League: Once a trainer is confident enough, he or she embarks on his or her final journey in to becoming the next champion of the nation.

Longmoor: Electric or Steel
Chroma: Grass
El Capitan: Water
Noctum: Dark or Ghost
Helios or Saguaro: Fire

For the name of the town my Gym is in, how about Highrock? Or Sedimenta?

I'd like Miston for my town's name.

Also, for the Elite Four, I think we should use types uncommon to the Elite Four. So that would include...

Grass
Rock
Fairy
Water
Steel
Poison
Bug
Ground

We've got a fair amount to choose from, if we do that.

I like that idea, Lumos, but I think we should use some of the classic types as well.

Three questions. Can we use Fakemon? What will we do for any important roles not filled by one of us, like Leaders or E4? And would it be okay for me to be the leader of the villain team? :3

Fakemons - Nah, sorry. I'd like to keep it "genuine."
Leaders and other characters - You'll have a minor role. Put it in a different color. Just acknowledge it before you begin the role. Who gets the role is up to the community.
Villain team - Yes, you can be on the good side or bad side.
